            The biggest "no no" foods when breastfeeding would be processed food products and those that are really spicy. Carbonated foods should also be avoided. With this, you need to avoid drinking coffee, carbonated drinks, noodles, burgers, alcohol, and other food products that fit into these categories.
           
            Remember that conceiving a girl is not the only thing that you need to do when you are trying to get pregnant. You also need to prepare yourself for the different responsibilities that you need to face along with this.
